Our Company History
 
Legenter, LLC is a privately held independent consulting company, utilizing proven state-of-the-profession techniques and tools to help our corporate, government, professional, and individual clients to meet and exceed their goals through Leadership, Excellence and Growth for improved Enterprise. 
 
The Company was founded in 2000 by Jack Legler, a seasoned corporate and trade association executive, to bring his considerable experience to bear to assist the leaders of corporations, organizations, and individual business professionals.
 
We service clients in the National Capital area, as well as the nationwide networks of our corporate and organizational clients.  Our core expertise is in trade organizations, insurance/risk management, manufacturing and distribution, government contracting, truck transportation, safety,homeland security/crisis management. We partner with an internationally recognized support network, Resource Associates Corporation, and the Total Quality Institute utilizing state of the profession, customize processes for out client, from individuals to large corporations.

Legenter, LLC is a customer focused, high performing enterprise specializing in human asset development, quality process improvement and strategic planning.  Our vision is founded upon the premise that application of the right techniques and methods, through focused facilitation, will unlock the full human asset potential, optimize organizational structures, and enable our clients to achieve greatness.  

 

We do not employ, nor attempt to market, “cookie cutter” services and processes for our clients. Our engagements deliver a high level of value, targeted to our clients needs and customized to their particular situations.  In order to best serve our clients, Legenter, LLC is organized as an independent company, and is not a controlled subsidiary or a franchisee of a larger organization. 

 

Prior to the engagement, we conduct process of discovering the wants and needs of each client.  In order to the achieve measurable results that are sought by the client, we develop an in depth understanding of the clients vision, and the factors that need to be addressed.  Only then do we develop a set of directional recommendations for the client, mutually agreeing upon the processes, deliverables and methods to be employed to help the client acheive the results desired.
